At Milan Chiva World, we guarantee the satisfaction of every customer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us by mail within 30 days for an exchange,if you have any further question please contact our online customer service. Remember to keep your tracking number as an evidence. Refunding will be processed to your original form of payment when we receive items within one week.
All merchandise must be salable and have the original tags and packaging. Returns on used items will NOT be processed.

- Carefully repack your product and include the form in the box.
- Once we receive your package, our warehouse will check the item and then process the return or exchange.
- If the item is damaged or defective, please provide an image of the entire item and a detailed image of the damaged part.
